This Agreement starts today among Jay Robins
University Inc. /
JayRobinUniversity.com which will be referred to as (JRU)
and client
becoming a member of (JRU)
Background
A. JRU
is engaged in the
practice of consulting and opinions on “How To” information.
B. JayRobinsUniversity.com
teaches opinions, suggestions, and how to information
through the use of
JayRobinsUniversity.com and it’s different member options
C. The
Client desires to use
JRU to provide consulting, opinions electronic classes on
“How To”
services and has agreed to pay a fee for its services
through the
website JayRobinsUniversity.com
The parties agree to the following:
Nature of this Agreement - This
Agreement
describes the relationship between JRU and the client.
Specifically this
Agreement defines:
(a) The services that the
Client seeks from JRU in its capacity as a consultant and teacher of "How To" information
(b) The limits of JRU’s
responsibility
(c) The immunity from civil
liability granted to JRU for services not provided by JRU
(d) The method the Client will
use to pay for consulting services rendered by JRU
Nature of the consulting services
- The
Client engages JRU with respect to the following consulting
matters:
JRU does not, and cannot guarantee any results
for the
Client whatsoever. JRU is NOT an accredited, approved, or
licensed
university. JRU does not give legal advice. This website is
designed to
teach "how to" information and give expert opinions in
different areas
of home finance, commercial finance, personal and corporate
debt
education, business ideas and credit score education and
other areas.
Before you make a decision on anything, please consult with a
trusted
and licensed entity, attorney or adviser.
JRU’s Responsibilities - JRU
will exercise
due professional care and observe strict confidentiality in
providing
consulting and opinions on services and electronic classes
through
JayRobinsUniversity.com
Method and Payment for Consulting Services
Fee(s)
and
Cancellation Policy - You the Client agree to remit a
flat
membership service fee based on membership options that will
be billed
monthly and recurring until canceled in writing by member only. If client wants a refund the
membership fee
paid by the client will be refunded only for the month of
the request
for the refund or cancellation. For one on one private consulting, client will pay the agreed upon fee only once.
Discharge and withdrawal - The
client may
cancel the membership at anytime with written notice to JRU.
JRU may
withdrawal with the Clients consent or for good cause. Good
cause
includes: the Clients nonpayment or late payment of any
amount the
Client owes JRU (regardless of whether JRU has previously
permitted the
Client to delay the same and any other payment) or any other
breach by
the Client of this Agreement; The Client’s refusal to
cooperate with JRU
or any other fact or circumstances that in JRU’s opinion
would render
JRU membership services of the Client unlawful or unethical.
When JRU’s
services are concluded, all unpaid charges will immediately
become due
and payable.
Website Use and
Material - This section
describes the terms that will
govern your use of the JayRobinsUniversity.com Web site
(“Web Site”).
Your use of this Web Site constitutes your acceptance of
these terms.
These terms may be amended from time to time at JRU’s sole
discretion.
The amended terms will be posted here, and will be in effect
when
posted. Your use of this Web Site following the posting of
such
amendments means that you accept the amendments.
The Web Site content (including graphical designs)
is protected
by federal intellectual property laws. You agree that you
will not:

Amendments and Additional Services -
This
Agreement governs the entire relationship between the Client
and JRU.
All amendments must be in writing. If the
client wishes to obtain additional services from JRU, extra
consulting
services to be provided, must be signed and dated by both JRU
and the
Client. A photocopy or faxed
copy of the
Addendum will qualify as an amendment to this Agreement.
Conditions Precedent - This
Agreement takes
as soon as the terms and condition box is checked stating that
client
agrees and payment for membership is paid. JRU will not take
responsibility for the performance of any membership issues
under this
Agreement until the Agreement takes effect.
Statement of Client(s) understanding
- I
have carefully read this Agreement and believe that I
understand all of
its terms. I acknowledge that JRU has advised me to consult
with a
licensed attorney to review this Agreement and to advise me
on my rights
as a Client before i become a member of thee Web Site.
No Guaranty of Results - JRU
does not and
will not guarantee a result or make any promises to the
Client. Client
should seek separate advice on any issues that involve legal
or IRS
issues.
